Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for physical artwork and digital purchases on Artzim.

Digital products are final sale. Physical artwork may be eligible for returns under specific conditions. We aim to resolve every issue with clarity, fairness, and professionalism.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through Artzim.

Because Artzim offers both physical artwork and digital products, different rules apply depending on the type of item purchased.

2. Digital Products (All Sales Final)

All digital artwork downloads are considered final sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been delivered or access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue, corrupted file, or download problem, contact us and we will provide a replacement or support.

3. Physical Artwork Returns

Returns for physical artwork may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide photos of the damage or incorrect item.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider but typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be cancelled.

7. Custom Commissions

Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.

Partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion depending on the stage of the project.
