DMCA Policy
This page explains how Artzim handles copyright complaints, takedown notices, counter-notifications, repeat infringer issues, and related intellectual property matters.
1. Overview
Artzim respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, artists, customers, and uploaders to do the same.
This DMCA Policy explains how Artzim responds to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), including notices of claimed infringement, counter-notifications, repeat infringer handling, and related platform actions.
If you believe material available through Artzim infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice using the contact information below.

Important: If Artzim hosts or stores third-party uploaded content and you want to rely on the DMCA safe harbor framework, you should register your designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and keep that registration current.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, and you believe material on Artzim infringes your copyright, your written DMCA notice should include substantially the following:
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Services.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. How to Help Us Locate the Material
To help us process your claim quickly, please include as much detail as possible about the allegedly infringing material, including, where applicable:
• the exact URL of the listing, page, product detail page, artist profile, or image location;
• the title of the artwork or listing;
• the name of the uploader, artist, or account involved, if known;
• screenshots showing the allegedly infringing material;
• a link or reference to your original copyrighted work, if available.
5. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
If we receive a facially compliant DMCA notice, Artzim may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
We may also notify the user, artist, or uploader who posted the material that access has been removed or disabled.
Artzim reserves the right to request additional information, investigate the claim, preserve relevant records, or take other actions consistent with our legal obligations and platform policies.
6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
To be effective, a counter-notification should include substantially the following:
• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address, and telephone number;
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Artzim may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.
7. Reinstatement of Removed Material
If Artzim receives a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the complaining party.
Unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it not less than 10, and not more than 14, business days after receipt of the counter-notification, where appropriate and at our discretion.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
Artzim maintains a policy for terminating, suspending, restricting, or otherwise taking appropriate action against repeat infringers and users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove content, disable listings, restrict digital delivery access, suspend artist tools, close accounts, or take any other action we consider appropriate in response to repeated or serious infringement claims.
9. Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability under applicable law.
Artzim reserves all rights to pursue or cooperate in the pursuit of remedies where we believe false, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices have been submitted.
10. Artist and Uploader Responsibilities
If you upload, list, or otherwise submit content to Artzim, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all rights, permissions, and licenses necessary to upload, display, market, sell, and license it.
You may not upload copyrighted material belonging to another party without authorization.
Artzim may require ownership confirmations, supporting documentation, or additional rights information from uploaders at any time.
11. Artzim’s Rights and Discretion
Nothing in this DMCA Policy limits Artzim’s right to remove, disable, refuse, reject, or restrict content for any other reason under our Terms of Service, platform rules, business judgment, or applicable law.
We may also preserve records, account data, transaction information, file metadata, and related materials in connection with infringement investigations, legal claims, platform integrity efforts, or compliance obligations.
12. No Legal Advice
This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, whether your use is authorized by law, or whether you should submit a notice or counter-notice, you should consult qualified legal counsel.
